The JSC Arkhangelsk Sea Commercial Port has completed its third quarter for 2005. Over the past nine months a total of 1 063,2 tonnes of cargo were handled. Of this were 64,200 tonnes unrelated to marine processing, 65,000 tonnes of import cargo, 595,500 tonnes of export cargo, and 338,600 tonnes of coastal trade cargo. 2005 saw a significant increase in the cargo traffic of export coal, totalling 147,300 tonnes, 2.5 times more than during the corresponding period of the previous year.
